GENERAL HEALTH WARRANTY: Your pet is guaranteed to be healthy, that
is to say, there are no serious health problems. HOWEVER, FOR THIS
WARRANTY TO BE EFFECTIVE, YOU MUST (1) TAKE YOUR PET TO A
VETERINARIAN WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS FROM DAY OF PURCHASE AND (2)
NOTIFY ME IMMEDIATELY OF ANY MAJOR PROBLEM. Ear mites, worms and
coccidian are not serious health problems if treated and are not
covered by this warranty. Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is a
serious health problem but is excluded from this warranty as this is
generally caused by too much activity and/or too little food and is
within your control.
GENETIC WARRANTY: Your pet is guaranteed against any
life-threatening genetic or hereditary problems for 6 months from
time of purchase.
If you notify me within Five (5) days from time of purchase that
your vet has found your new pet to have a major problem (applies to
the General Health Warranty), or if, within 6 months from time of
purchase you notify me that your vet has found your new pet to have
some life-threatening genetic problem (applies to the Genetic
Warranty), then I will replace the pet with a healthy pet of a
similar kind when available or a full refund upon your promptly
returning the pet to me along with a letter from your vet stating
this and upon my vet confirming your vet’s findings.
STUD AGREEMENT
CONDITIONS STUD OWNER AGREES TO:
- Provide bitch owner AKC registration proof and all necessary
information needed to register a litter as a result of the mating
dates above.
- Provide a return stud service of the same sire to the same
bitch at her next heat, if no pregnancy results from the mating at
no charge. To receive the return service, the bitch owner must
notify the stud dog owner of failure to conceive not more than 70
days following the mating. After a return service, if no pregnancy
results from mating, this contract is terminated.
- Provide the bitch owner with a written receipt for the stud
service and a record of the breeding dates.
- Take adequate care of the bitch while in my possession.
BITCH OWNER AGREES TO:
- Pay the agreed stud service fee in cash after mating occurs.
- Notify Stud dog owner no later than 70 days after mating if no
pregnancy results from the mating.
- Keep the bitch properly confined following the breeding to
ensure no other dog could mate her accidentally, before mating
season is finished.
